Perhaps this council have their priorities all wrong. There seems to be a division growing within the residents of Victor Harbor. Those that are comfortably living with the current high pressures of living costs and those that are not. Community charities are under increasing pressure to cope with the number of families needing assistance to survive on a weekly basis. An example of one of these charities is the Three Angels, an organisation run by volunteers, receiving no financial support from Council or State Government ,and struggling with the increase in demand for their services. Perhaps the Council should start assisting these charitable organisations in their attempt to feed the needy of Victor Harbor instead of promoting the high end of town.
